Eric Jensen
Hi, My name is Eric Jensen and I am a third generation Realtor® in the Treasure Valley. I spent most of my childhood in West Boise and Meridian; I remember when you could walk across a two lane Eagle Road.
I suffer from “middle child syndrome” being the fourth of seven. I am always looking for ways to stand out in a crowd, I like to prove myself to others, and I am a natural born peacemaker. I currently reside in Meridian with my wife, Mary, my daughter, Loren, and my sons, Logan and Kellen. We love everything about the Treasure Valley, especially the many family- friendly outdoor activities it has to offer.
I have literally been in the real estate business my entire life, from helping my Grandmother rehab properties as a teenager to previewing homes with my dad on a regular basis – it was all just part of my childhood. I became a licensed real estate agent and joined the National Association of Realtors® in 1998 at the age of 21. Since then I have gone from being a buyers agent on a large team to owning and operating my own brokerage, so I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you.
I have received my Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR), The National Association of Realtors® e-PRO designation, am a Graduate of the Realtors® Institute (GRI), and received my brokers license. In the current state of the market I have also continued to educate myself and recently received the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation (SFR) from the National Association of Realtors®.
In 2003 I was chosen as one of 10 up and coming Realtors® in the state of Idaho to attend the Idaho Realtors® Leadership Academy. The information and contacts that I made there aided me in becoming more involved with the Ada County Association of Realtors®. I serve on the Political Affairs Committee, Membership Committee, as a member of the Board of Directors, and with the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service on the New Technology Committee.
